The male Great Bowerbird seen here has built an elaborate bower under a bush in the middle of the township of Mount Molloy.

It has used twigs and grass and has decorated the area outside with objects such as shells, bones, stones, fruit and even shoes laces and straws. Great Bowerbirds seem to favour the colours pink and white.
